The suspect in a Hit & Run at Pony Village Mall, 1600 block Virginia Ave., March 22, 2022, has been charged with one-count of Murder in the Second Degree and one count of Failure to Perform the Duties of a Driver to Injured Persons. According to a news release from Coos Co. District Attorney R. Paul Frasier, Kelsey Jean Culver will appear in court on March 25, 2022 involving the death of Kyle Alan Hagquist, who died from his injuries Thursday afternoon, March 24, 2022 at 1:15 p.m.
