Detectives have made an arrest in the Tenmile homicide which was reported prior to noon Wednesday, March 14. 70 year-old Tenmile resident James Teddy Deramus was arrested and charged with fatally shooting 36 year-old Jonathan James Ackerman also of Tenmile. Deramus was lodged at the Douglas County Jail on a charge of Murder. Detectives continue the investigation.
