The Douglas County Medical Examiner’s Office and Members of the Douglas County Major Crimes Team have identified the victims of Tuesday’s homicide. The victims are: Donya Renee Adams, age 55 of Roseburg. Amory Rose Adams, age 26 of Roseburg. Payshience “Tia” Adams, age 10 of Roseburg. All of the victims of this crime were residents in the home. The 16 year-old suspect, Kevin Wayne Adams, also lived in the family home. Robert Adams called 9-1-1 on Tuesday evening at 8:43 pm to report he had returned home and discovered that his wife, Donya, his daughter, Amory, and his foster-daughter Payshience Adams had been the victims of homicide. Kevin Adams, Robert’s foster-son, was ultimately arrested for three counts of Aggravated Murder. Members of the Douglas County Major Crimes Team continue their investigation.
