News release from Coos Co. DA R. Paul Frasier, Aug. 17, 2016 (12:30 p.m.). We have been informed that Lucas Mark Perkins has been arrested in Seattle, Washington. Our information is that he was arrested on the 300 block of North Thornton Place in Seattle, which is a short distance away from where the bank card was used. Our information is that he will be lodged at the King County Jail. We currently are sending investigators to Seattle.
