The 29-year old Californian, indicted on a murder charge for killing a 21-year old male in North Bend July 13, is scheduled to appear for an arraignment in a Coos Co. Circuit Court in the Courthouse at Coquille this morning. Miguel Alejandro Iniguez is accused of shooting to death Luis Mario Castillo Murillo outside of a birthday celebration at the North Bend Community Center. He was arrested six-hours later and the murder weapon was recovered by police. The Coos Co. Grand Jury indicted Iniguez last week.
