The body of a Hispanic male found in the back parking lot of the North Bend Community Center early Sunday morning, July 13, with a gunshot wound to the head, has been identified as 21-year old Luis Mario Castillo Murillo. According to a news release from Coos Co. District Attorney R. Paul Frasier, “he was residing in the Coos County area and we believe he was working for a local reforestation company.” Twenty-nine year old Miguel Alejandro Iniguez, California, was arrested in connection with the shooting and was arraigned on a Murder charge Monday. The case against him is expected to be presented to the Grand Jury by the end of the week. A birthday party was being held at the center the evening prior. The investigation into the shooting is continuing.
