Oregon 138, east of Roseburg: As of 7 p.m., vehicles are being piloted both directions through the wildfire zone on North Umpqua Highway between MP 47-54. These are the first public vehicles through since August 11. Be aware that conditions could change at any time. Expect possible lengthy delays. Use caution.
