Hwy. 20 Fatal, Harney Co., Feb. 7

On Friday, February 4, 2022 at approximately 1:57 PM, Oregon State Police Troopers and emergency personnel responded to a single vehicle crash on Hwy 20 near milepost 113. Preliminary investigation revealed a westbound Dodge R5C pickup, operated by Garry Kling (72) of Riley, drifted off the roadway, travelled approximately 50 feet through sagebrush before striking a tree. Kling sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased.
