On Monday, August 5, 2019 at approximately 1:20 A.M. Oregon State Police and emergency personnel responded to a single vehicle crash on Hwy 238 near milepost 4. Preliminary investigation reveals that a Subaru Forester, operated by Jazz Golden (30) of Grants Pass, was traveling eastbound when it veered off the roadway and overturned. Golden was transported to Three Rivers Hospital were he was pronounced deceased.
