On Sunday, March 28, 2021 at approximately 12:39 A.M., Oregon State Police Troopers and emergency personnel responded to a single vehicle crash on Hwy 238 near the intersection with Hanley Rd. Preliminary investigation revealed a Toyota SR5 pickup was traveling westbound when it left the roadway, crashed and caught on fire. The operator of the vehicle sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased. The name will be released at a later time.
