The operator of the Ford is identified as Kevin Hollenbeck (54) of Seaside. On Sunday, September 6, 2020 at approximately 8:27 P.M., Oregon State Police and emergency personnel responded to a single vehicle crash on Hwy 26 near milepost 30. Preliminary investigation revealed that a Ford F350 pickup was westbound when it drove off the roadway and down an embankment. The operator and lone occupant sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased.
