ODOT release – ODOT: SW Oregon: Oregon 38 (Umpqua Highway): All lanes of Oregon 38 are now open between Scottsburg and Wells Creek. The area had been limited to a single lane for most of today as firefighters continued cleanup operations at milepost 17. Motorists should expect intermittent lane closures and traffic delays tomorrow (Thursday, August 13) due to ongoing work removing debris next to the highway.
