ODOT release – Friday, June 16, 2023, 2:22 p.m. – ODOT: SW Oregon: OR-38, MP 45: Umpqua Highway (OR-38) has fully reopened six miles west of Drain. The roadway had been partially closed since June 8 when a tanker truck overturned and spilled fuel. Cleanup is complete and the roadway has been repaved.
