On Tuesday, March 23, 2021 at approximately 5:00 A.M., Oregon State Police Troopers and emergency personnel responded to a two vehicle collision on Hwy 47 near milepost 31. Preliminary investigation revealed a Nissan Sentra, operated by Cody Kempf (25) of McMinnville, was southbound when it crossed into the northbound lane and collided with a Toyota Camry operated by William Coker Jr. (61) of McMinnville. Coker sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased. Kempf and passenger, Odalis Arenas Ramirez (20) of McMinnville, were transported to OHSU with injuries. Passenger in the Toyota Camry, Kelly Williamson (59) of McMinnville, was transported to OHSU with injuries.
