On Thursday, August 29, 2019 at approximately 12:00 P.M. Oregon State Police and emergency personnel responded to a single vehicle crash on I-84 near mile post 210. Preliminary investigation reveals that a Ford PU, operated by Frank Ball Jr (58) of Pendleton, was eastbound when it left the roadway and entered the median where it rolled. Ball sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased.
