News release South Coast Interagency Narcotics Team. On 10/11/2016, SCINT Detectives assisted the Coos County Parole and Probation Department with a home visit of 33 year old Lucian Cregor’s residence in the 200 block of South Wall, Coos Bay, Coos County Oregon. Evidence related to the possession of methamphetamine and heroin was located during a search of the residence. Additionally, property stolen from a Libby Lane address in late September was recovered at the residence. The mentioned charges are being referred to the Coos County District Attorney’s Office for prosecution.
