• 13% of single female buyers and 11% of married couples purchased their homes to be close to family and friends.
• When it comes to choosing a neighborhood‚ the convenience to family and friends was an influencing factor for 44% of single females‚ 36% of single males‚ and 36% of unmarried couples.
