May 28th is the day to get that backyard BBQ smoking. It’s International Burger Day. Not sure who anointed the day, but guessing it was one of the many hamburger franchises around the World. Still, not a bad idea in the USA during the Memorial Day Weekend, as if no one was headed this direction already.
