The North Bend City Council and Urban Renewal Agency will hold a joint work session on Monday, June 13, 2022 @ 4:30 PM, Council Chambers, In-Person, and Remote. Agenda: 1. Call to Order; 2. Presentation: Marka Turner, Executive Director, North Bend City Coos-Curry Housing Authorities; 3. Request from Laurel Broman, Co-Founder & Director, Pelican Harbor Food-Bank, for the use of North Bend Community Center Building for product Storage; 4. Introduction of Stephanie Wilson, Manager, North Bend Main Street Program; 5. Staff Update on Council Goal No. 2: “Evaluate City Services for Efficient and Effective City Government”; 6. Review of the City Council Agenda for June 14, 2022; 7. Review of North Bend Urban Renewal Agency Agenda for June 14, 2022; 8. Public Comments; 9. Executive Session – City Council; The North Bend City Council will now meet in Executive Session according to: • ORS § 192.660 (2)(i) To review and evaluate the employment-related performance of the chief executive officer of any public body, a public officer, employee, or staff member who does not request an open hearing. • ORS § 192.660 (2)(e) To conduct deliberations with persons designated by the governing body to negotiate real property transactions. • ORS § 192.660 (2)(f) To consider information or records exempt by law from public inspection. Representatives of the news media and designated staff shall be allowed to attend the executive sessions. Representatives of the news media are specifically directed not to report on any of the deliberations during the executive session except to state the general subject of the session as previously announced. All other members of the audience are asked to leave the room. No decision may be made in the executive session. This concludes the live stream portion of our meeting.
