On Monday, May 27, 2019, at approximately 6:45 P.M. the Josephine County Sheriff’s office responded to Limpy Creek Road regarding a deceased male. The Oregon State Police Major Crime Section Detectives responded to conduct the death investigation. Investigators located Harry Stone Osbeck III (36) deceased in his Toyota pickup. Stone is originally from the Virginia Beach area and has been in the Josephine County area for the past 3 years. Stones’s dog, Max, was located and is safe at a local animal shelter. Investigators have not determined the cause of death and are awaiting toxicology results for additional information.
