On Tuesday, July 23, 2019 at approximately 2:04 A.M. Oregon State Police Troopers and emergency personnel responded to the report of a single vehicle crash on Lake Shore Drive near Selma. Preliminary investigation revealed that a Subaru Forester was traveling on Lake Shore Drive when it went off the roadway and into the trees. The driver was transported to Rogue Regional Medical Center by REACH Air Medical Service. The driver was pronounced deceased at the hospital. **Update** The deceased has been identified as Anna Grafwallner, 26-year-old, from Cave Junction, Oregon.
