NORTH BEND – The Jan Delimont real estate team can now provide the service of three licensed brokers to every transaction with the addition of Julie Stephens to the Delimont RE/MAX team. Stephens brings a wealth of experience as a conflict and dispute resolution expert, specializing in communication, contracts and negotiations. This prepares her to help clients through stresses inherent in a real estate transaction. She joins the existing team that includes Jan Delimont and Robin Richards. “For me, this is about relationship-building, not just buying and selling houses,” Stephens said. “My heart is in every transaction and along the way, I’m growing family. We’re in this to build lifelong relationships. I hope every client I interact with feels taken care of and special and will stay with us for years to come whenever they have a real estate need.” As a leader in the team and a principal broker, Delimont brings a long and successful real estate career in Coos County. She has been in the real estate business locally since 2005 and, in 2013, opened the RE/MAX South Coast office in North Bend, where the team is headquartered. She has worked many years with Richards, who handles marketing, public relations, event planning, and numerous other details on which clients rely.
