Pathways to Positive Parenting at Southwestern Oregon Community College is happy to bring Kaleidoscope Play and Learn Playgroups to the community this summer. Kaleidoscope Play and Learn groups are weekly facilitated playgroups for young children, ages 0-5. Parents, family members, friends, or neighbor caregivers attend playgroups and help guide social interactions between the children. These playgroups will be held every Wednesday beginning July 11, 2018 and continuing through August 29, 2018 at Madison Elementary School, 400 Madison St., Coos Bay. Each playgroup will start at 10:00 a.m. and last until 11:30 a.m. Participants are then welcome to stay for the free summer lunch program held at Madison Elementary.
