On Saturday, November 12, 2016, the Klamath Falls Police Department received information about a homicide in the 2400 block of Orchard Avenue in the City of Klamath Falls. Officers responded and found a deceased individual. The Klamath County Major Crime Team has been activated. The investigation is ongoing. An arrest warrant was issued for Sheyanna RAY, age 26, for the crimes of Murder, Assault, Abuse of a Corpse, and Tampering with Evidence. Ray was arrested by the Redding Police Department pursuant to the warrant and is currently in custody at the Shasta County Jail located in Redding, California. At this point in the investigation the Major Crime Team is not announcing the name of the deceased.
