Koch stepping down, July 17

The Chief Executive Officer of the Oregon International Port of Coos Bay is stepping down. David Koch, who replaced Jeffery Bishop in 2011, will serve through November 30th, and then continue for three months more as a consultant to the new CEO. In a prepared statement, Koch says his goal as CEO was to help the Port through a reorganizational process. He believes his four year effort has led to an effective management team that will now lead the Port to a higher level.
