News release from the Coos Co. Sheriff’s Office. Near midnight on September 6, 2014, Coos County Sheriff Deputies were dispatched to 92714 Libby Lane, Coos Bay to a report of a prowler on the property. Deputies arrived on scene but were unable to locate anyone. A short time later deputies received a second report of a prowler now at 92705 Libby Lane. Upon arriving at the second call deputies located 45 year old Gregory Kuehne of Coos Bay, standing on top of a six-foot tall wood fence, holding onto the side of a barn. Sheriff’s Deputies, with the assistance of Coos Bay Officers were able to remove Gregory Kuehne from top of the fence and bring him into custody. Gregory Kuehne was then transported to the Coos County Jail without incident, where he was booked for two counts of Criminal Trespass II, one count of Disorderly Conduct II, and two active warrants from North Bend. He is being held on $30,000 bail.
