News release CBPL. Coos Bay Public Library will be offering a LinkedIn Workshop on Friday, March 31st, from 9:30-11:30 a.m. at the library’s Internet computers (entrance at 9:20am). LinkedIn is a business-oriented social networking site primarily used for professional networking. Since many employers search candidates online, LinkedIn is useful for people searching for jobs, as it can greatly enhance your online presence. This workshop is intended for users who wish to enhance their online presence using a LinkedIn profile.
