The Annual Coos Bay Classic Baseball Tournament attracted 22-teams from throughout Oregon to the Bay Area this past weekend. More than 1,000 players, coaches, families and fans were in the community to enjoy Little League Baseball. Fields were used at Sunset, SWOCC, Marshfield Softball Field, Blossom Gulch and Mingus Park. Umpqua Valley won the Major 12U Division 4-0 over Lincoln City. In the Minors 10U Division, Umpqua Valley was the Gold Champions. North Bend and Umpqua Valley played for the Rookies 8U Division, but no score available.
