LUBA Reverses North Bend Jordan Cove Permit, July 22

The Oregon Land Use Board of Appeals (LUBA) has reversed an earlier approved land-use permit by the City of North Bend for the proposed Jordan Cove LNG export terminal on Coos Bay’s North Spit. The Oregon Shores Conservation Coalition was the petitioner of the appeal.
