Douglas Co. DA release – (Douglas County, Ore.) On October 22, 2020, the Douglas County Grand Jury indicted Dustin Patrick Robinson on two counts of Manslaughter in the Second Degree, Driving While Under the Influence of Intoxicants, and Reckless Driving for the deaths of William McCullough IV and Mark Ritter that occurred on September 19, 2020. The Oregon State Police arrested Robinson Thursday, Oct. 22, and lodged him at the Douglas County Jail. Robinson was arraigned Friday (October 23, 2020) in Douglas County Circuit Court, Roseburg.
