Booster Clubs
The Marshfield and North Bend booster clubs meet today at noon. The Bulldog backers gather at the high school’s Hall of Champions, while the Pirate supporters meet at Abby’s Pizza in Coos Bay. Both meetings are open to all interested in supporting high school sports.

Siuslaw (4-0, 6-2) bettered visiting Marshfield (0-4, 1-7) 8-3 in a 4A Far West League baseball game at Florence Tuesday. North Bend (3-0, 3-7) beat visiting Sutherlin (0-4, 0-8) 3-1, and Brookings-Harbor (4-0, 7-2) downed visiting Douglas (1-1, 2-6) 5-1. South Umpqua (0-3, 3-6) had a bye, but played and won at Rogue River 11-9.

Marshfield 1-3, 3-6) beat visiting Siuslaw (2-2, 2-4) 12-6 in a 4A Far West League softball game at Coos Head Field in Coos Bay Tuesday. North Bend (1-2, 2-4) won at Sutherlin (0-4, 0-10) 13-12. Douglas (2-0, 5-1) downed visiting Brookings-Harbor (3-1, 9-2) 6-4. In a non-league game, South Umpqua (3-0, 5-3) won at Rogue River 10-0.
