Marshfield’s boys’ golf team competes at the state championships Monday and Tuesday at Eagle Crest near Redmond. The Pirates captured the district title last week at Bandon Crossings. Marshfield sophomore Jane Suppes also qualified for the girls’ championships at Trysting Tree near Corvallis Monday and Tuesday.

North Bend advanced two players to the State Golf Championships Monday and Tuesday. The girls are playing at Trysting Tree near Corvallis, and the boys are playing at Eagle Crest near Redmond. Jared Davisson and Brooklyn Dunham will represent the Bulldogs. Both finished in the top five at the District meet to qualify for state.

The 4A Far West League District Track Meet will be held Friday and Saturday at Siuslaw High School in Florence.
