The Oregon National Guard plans to conduct military flyovers at several locations in Oregon as part of the 2023 Memorial Day Celebration. The 142nd Wing Unit out of Portland will fly F-12 Eagle fighter jets at 1,000 feet above ground level and at a speed of about 400 mph over Wasco,10 a.m.; Willamette National Cemetery, Portland, 10:10 a.m.; Salem, 10:17 a.m.; Reedsport, 10:30 a.m.; Astoria, 10:55 a.m.; and, Beaverton, 11:06, a.m. before returning to base at Portland International Airport.
