On Wednesday, February 7th, 2018, at approximately 3:30 PM, DINT detectives arrested 35 year old Michael Harris of Roseburg. Harris was contacted at a business in the 1600 block of NE Stephens Street in Roseburg. He was found to be in possession of a small amount of methamphetamine and had made arrangements to sell the drug. DINT detectives arrested Harris and lodged him at the Douglas County Jail on charges of Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine and Unlawful Delivery of Methamphetamine.
