Meth Dealer gets two years, April 22

Clifford Allen Robertson was sentenced to twenty-four months in custody after a twelve person jury found him guilty of Unlawful Delivery of Methamphetamine and Endangering the Welfare of a Minor. The sentence stems from a SCINT investigation in May 2014 lead by Deputy Detective Gil Datan. On May 31, 2014 law enforcement executed a search warrant at 91299 Grinnell, Coos Bay Oregon. At the residence were Fawna Andrews, the defendant’s infant child, and the defendant’s father. During this time, Robertson arrived on scene and directed law enforcement to his bedroom where methamphetamine and methamphetamine paraphernalia accessible to the toddler. During a search of Robertson room close to an ounce of methamphetamine was located with an approximate street value of $2700. Deputy Datan conducted a comprehensive interview, during which Robertson admitted he could purchase a pound of meth and the methamphetamine was obtained in California. Robertson also stated it was his intention to deliver methamphetamine to specified individuals. After a twelve person on April 17, 2015, the defendant was found guilty of Unlawful Delivery of Methamphetamine, Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine, and Endangering the Welfare of a Minor. Robertson was sentenced to the Oregon Department of Corrections for twenty-four months on the Unlawful Delivery of Methamphetamine and thirty days for Endangering the Welfare of a Minor followed by thirty-six months post prison supervision.
