Marshfield’s boys’ basketball season ended in a playoff loss to visiting North Valley, 48-38, in the Pirate Palace at Coos Bay Saturday afternoon. Valley Catholic of Beaverton won the OSAA 3A boys’ basketball title Saturday night, 62-50 over De La Salle North Catholic at Marshfield High School in Coos Bay. Vale won the girl’s championship with a 52-36 win over Valley Catholic.
