Marshfield’s boys will play at Woodburn in the opening round of the OSAA/OnPoint Community Credit Union 4A Basketball playoffs. The “Play-In” round settled the field for the sixteen teams vying to make the State Tournament at Forest Grove March 12-14. The Pirates (16-8) finished second in District 4 with a Power Ranking of 13. The Bulldogs (17-7) were third in the Oregon West Conference with a Power Ranking of 6. Marist Catholic (21-3) is the top-ranked 4A boys’ team. The Marshfield – Woodburn game has been set for Saturday, March 7, time to be announced.
