Marshfield will try again today to get their Far West League baseball & softball openers in today, 3 p.m., with baseball at Florence against Siuslaw and softball at home to the Lady Viks at Coos Head Field.

North Bend’s home baseball game with South Umpqua was postponed Wednesday due to rain. However, the Lady Bulldogs got their softball FWL opener in at Tri City, but fell 17-4 to South Umpqua.
