Les Schwab Tourney
The Les Schwab Tires South Coast Holiday basketball tournament opens today at Marshfield High School and Southwestern Oregon Community College in Coos Bay. The tourney runs through Saturday with both championship games. In the boy’s bracket, North Valley and Gladstone play at 5:30 p.m., followed by Sutherlin and Scappoose at 8:30 p.m., both at SWOCC. At MHS, Junction City and Coquille play at 5:30 p.m., followed by Marshfield and Rogue River at 8:30 p.m. In the girl’s bracket, North Bend and Sutherlin play at 4 p.m., and Junction City and Tillamook play at 7 p.m., both at SWOCC. At MHS, North Valley and Coquille play at 4 p.m., followed by Marshfield and Myrtle Point at 7 p.m.
