Douglas beat North Bend 41-39 in a 4A Girl’s Far West League basketball playoff game at Coquille High School Monday night. The win puts the Trojans into one more FWL playoff tonight against Marshfield, 7 p.m., also at Coquille High School. The winner will be the league’s number two representative to the state playoffs and host a game Friday or Saturday night. The loser will be third and have to travel during the “Play-In” round. North Bend is fourth, and could still achieve a playoff spot depending upon the final OSAA Power Rankings which freeze tonight at 10 p.m.
