North Bend’s girls and Marshfield’s boys both advanced to the state bowling finals in late February at Klamath Falls after finishing as district runners-up. North Bend’s boys and Marshfield’s girls both placed fourth at district.
Bay Area Rivalry wr
Marshfield downed visiting North Bend 69-12 in a Bay Area Rivalry wrestling match inside the Pirate Palace at Coos Bay Wednesday evening. The Pirates dominated “senior night” North Bend got a pin out of Mark Deane at 132 lbs. Marshfield got falls at 106 from Cole Smith; 138 Cade Hite; 145 Tristin Lemmons; 152 Justin Gerhardt; 182 Joey Vigue; exhibition Heavyweight: Jordan Mazzucchi (NB) p Tyler Post (M).
