Hidden Valley, out of Grants Pass, swept the boys & girls 4A State Track & Field Championships at Siuslaw HS in Florence Saturday. The Mustangs tallied 77-points on the boy’s side to out-distance Newport 52, Henley 47 and Philomath 46.5. HV took the girl’s title with 82-points, while Siuslaw scored 50, La Grande 47 and Cascade 43. Marshfield’s boys were 12th (21.5 pts), while the Pirate girls were 11th (26 pts.).
