Marshfield’s Peyton Forbes (145) & Josh Hinds (170) each won their weight classes Saturday at the Beach Bash Wrestling Tournament at Gold Beach High School. Forbes pinned his first two opponents and then took first place with a Major Decision over Augustine Senn Ashland 17-12. Hinds opened with a pin, won by decision in the semi-finals over Miguel Velazquez, Reedsport 6-5. In the finals he beat Leon Price, North Lake, by a fall. Reedsport won the 13-team competition with the Pirates placing seventh.
