Bandon runners took the top two spots in both the girls and boys’ races Wednesday in a prep cross country dual on the Millicoma Trails in Eastside. Junior Holly Hutton won the girl’s 5K race in 19:55.3, while Marshfield’s junior Bailey Wallack was third in 21:54.7. Junior Ansen Converse led the Bandon boys to a team 18-45 team victory in winning the 5K course in 17:18.5. Marshfield junior Jacob Calvert was third in 17:54.1. The Pirates are next scheduled to run Saturday at the Myrtle Point Invitational.
