Beginning Monday, Oct. 20, the Oregon Department of Environmental Cleanup Program will conduct a sampling investigation in Isthmus Slough, upriver from Coos Bay. The investigation will assess past contamination related to the former Mid-Coast Marine facility, located at 530 Whitty St., Coos Bay.
