Millions for Oregon Coast, July 10

During the final days of the Oregon Legislature’s Legislative Session in Salem, millions of dollars were earmarked for the Oregon Coast. The Oregon International Port of Coos Bay’s rail line will receive $10 million which officials say will be used to repair and replace some of the aging bridges on its Coos Bay to Eugene route. Another $25 million was granted to the OSU Hatfield Marine Science Center in Newport for an expansion project.
