There will be a traffic change to Hemlock Avenue abutting Milner School this school year. Milner School will be an active school facility this year while the Harding facility is demolished and reconstructed. Previous years Milner Crest been used as an administrative facility. The biggest traffic change within the school zone is to come to a full STOP! at the stop sign. It will no longer be allowed to turn the corner without coming to a complete stop at 13th Street and Hemlock Avenue, and it will be the same at Juniper Avenue and 13th Street. These traffic changes take effect September 3rd.
