City of Coos Bay release – On August 18th, Mid-America Pool Company finished the resurfacing of the Mingus Park Swimming Pool. City staff began re-filling the pool tank on August 19th, and they will be adding the necessary chemicals, testing the pump and filtration systems throughout the next week getting the pool ready to reopen the week of August 30th. Additional information will be provided as reopening approaches.
