Search and Rescue personnel on the North Oregon Coast have been searching for a missing New Mexico man near Cape Kiwanda in Tillamook County. Sixty-year old Timothy Van Valen was visiting the area with friends and relatives when he went for a walk Friday evening. He has not been seen since.
