The Eugene Police Department has located the patient reported missing by Oregon State Hospital Thursday, July 11. On July 11 at 9:25 p.m., a Eugene police officer took Troy Irick, from Coos Co., into custody. The patient is currently awaiting transport back to the hospital in Junction City.
